WHAT TO EXPECT

Our classes are designed for all levels and utilize the methodology of CrossFit. Our workouts are results-based programs and are varied each day. The classes are high energy, positive and motivating. We have a mix of beginner, intermediate and advanced athletes. The coaches assist with form, technique and scaling to ensure each athlete maximizes the class. New to CrossFit Explosion? Try our CrossFit Foundations class and get your first class free:

None of our personal training options involve a long-term contract. Discounts available for PT membership packages for anyone in our Loyalty Program (month-to-month) of paid in full training. Check out our available training packages and options to see what is the best fit for you!

NUTRITION COACHING

I turned 40 this year, so I thought it would be cool to set a goal to lose 40 pounds by June 1st. The big changes for me this year have been: 1) using the RP diet template to completely overhaul my nutrition habits; 2) striving to be consistent, and 3) building in time most days to focus on my mental approach, not just in relation to CrossFit, but life in general  — just trying bring more intention, positivity, and gratitude to the way I live my life.
