• What’s your occupation? I have my own company helping businesses with marketing and technology. I also DJ weddings and events and weekly at a bar downtown.
  • Who’s your favorite superhero? I like the classics, probably Batman.
  • What’s your favorite food? Bacon
  • What are your goals? I lost about 90lbs on diet alone (No Sweeteners, No Carbs) and wanted to get in shape and keep up with my 3 year old daughter.
  • What’s kept you motivated? Making progress in both strength and mobility.
  • What do you like to do outside of the gym? Spend time with my family, watch the Blazers, and show off my moustache.
  • What’s the greatest fitness challenge you’ve faced so far? Being consistent when life gets hectic.
  • What’s your biggest fitness accomplishment since you started training? I’ve had a big improvement everything core and I benched plates (135) last week.

  • What music do you like to train to? I usually listen to podcasts but as a DJ just about anything with a beat will get me pumped up.
