What do you think of your personal trainer here at Boom?

Michelle K. is awesome!  I worked with a professional Trainer at another club and Michelle is far, far superior.  She’s knowledgeable, personable, super patient (important to me!), positive, supportive and adaptable.  I’m impressed how she asks how I’m feeling at the start of training and in-the-moment creates a customized work out. Michelle makes sure I execute exercise movement’s properly as well as understanding how movements ‘feel’ to maximize results and avoid injury. I like that she incorporates a holistic approach to well being including exercise, diet, work.
