Travel with my family, watch my kids play sports, SUP, and play volleyball.

What’s the greatest fitness challenge you’ve faced so far?
Getting my first BMU.

What’s your biggest fitness accomplishment since you started training?
Competing as an individual.

Double unders!

What advice would you give to new gym-goers or yourself?
Never compare yourself to others. Only compare yourself to who you were yesterday. Remember, comparison is the thief of joy and confidence.

What advice would you give yourself when you first started?
Growth is painful. Failure can be embarrassing. The great ones aren’t afraid to fall on their face in front of others because their “why” is more powerful than the judgment of the crowd.

What do you think of your personal trainer here at Boom?
He’s awesome to work with–positive, fun, and supportive!
