What do you think of your personal trainer here at Boom?

The personal trainer I have now is very good. I have been working with her three times a month for over two years.I think that says it all. This is my third trainer since I joined Boom.  And I have to say third times a charm!
I joined Boom soon after it opened my first two trainers really didn’t do much for me, they didn’t introduce me to any free weight training so after they left I would only do treadmill, elliptical, and machine weights. I wasn’t really going anywhere. I’ve been training with Michelle Kuiv for over two years, three times a month. Michelle got me on the right track, helped me with cardio, free weight lifting (safely), circuit training, proper way to stretch, mobility, nutrition the list goes on. Michelle could write a book on exercise and health. Titled 1000 and 1 exercise and more.
