What’s the greatest fitness challenge you’ve faced so far? Doing an unassisted pull-up
What’s your biggest fitness accomplishment since you started training?Beating my goal of one pull-up!
What’s your favorite movement or exercise? I don’t know that I have a favorite exercise, but my favorite part of training is seeing the progress I’ve made on all the different exercises I’ve been working on.
What music do you like to train to? Hard rock, metal
What advice would you give to new gym goers or yourself? Be accountable – being clear with your goals and telling someone else about them will help keep you on track and working towards them.
What advice would you give yourself when you first started? Some days will be harder than others, so take it easy on yourself and try again tomorrow. One day isn’t going to mess up your progress.
What do you think of your personal trainer here at Boom? Aaron is great! He’s very knowledgeable and knows the best way to help you accomplish your goals. He can also explain things well so you understand what you’re doing and why.
